Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli are doing wonders for Valentino. Not that the man himself wasn’t… things are just a bit more spunky, girl disheveled and gothic. Everything has a delicacy about it. Most of the bits and pieces of this collection actually looked like some french bakery’s blown sugar delicacies. Those shoes…

Okay, I really love the sparkly socks. The little girl in me? Plus the bows… all the shiny, pleated, pretty things. THIS is how I would have dressed as a little girl, had I been able to reach the rack.
